By using Vicious Network's services ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide server hosting services for games and web applications through our platform. Features may include automated server deployment, control panels, and backups.

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately.
• Abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

• Distribute malware, spam, or pirated content.
• Launch denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
• Host content that is hateful, illegal, or infringes copyright.
• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit permission.

5. Billing and Refunds

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of a new subscription. Failure to pay will result in service suspension or termination.

6. Data and Backups

While we make routine backups, users are responsible for backing up their data. We are not liable for data loss under any circumstance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or non-payment. Inactive services may be deleted after 30 days of suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vicious Network is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use, interruptions, or data loss.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and your continued use constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
